Venco No's 3 or 5 require 4 small and 4 large grommets.
No 6 requires 8 small.

The basic technique is to remove old grommet and the metal bush from the shaft (undo grub screw first with an allan key) then warm the new grommet up by putting in either boiling water or using a hot air gun or hair dryer then with pointy nose pliers and oil push on until "half way through" the casing then put metal bush back and secure.
